  • Responsibilities:


    Generating leads
    -Conduct cold call / social networking / existing relationship to generate leads
    -Set up appointments and meetings to present company products and solutions to potential clients
    -Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs and propose the right products and services
    -Complete the sales cycle to close sales / contract with clients not limited to preparation of a proposal, follow-up, clarification, negotiation, agreement preparation and collection of a signed agreement with supporting documents
    -Preparing daily sales visiting report
    -Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecast and reports
    -Continue account servicing and upsell cross-sell other products and services to increase revenue
    -Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
    -Understanding and promoting company objectives and programs

  • General Requirement

  • Requirements:

    *MUST HAVE*
    3 years proven track record in sales in the parking industry or related
    -Understanding of sales process and dynamics
    -A commitment to excellent customer service
    -Demonstrated ability to think quickly and creatively to accommodate a dynamic business environment 
    -Must be flexible, accommodating, and service-oriented

    *OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
    -Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
    -Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team
    -Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
