Identify gaps in our reporting and filling it in
-Collecting as much data from various sources and placing them into high-level dashboards for us to comprehend
-Investigate positive and negative trends in a wide array of business processes
-Develop new metrics/KPIs to assess the impact of our continuous efforts to improve our website
-Help develop analytical frameworks to support decision making in our marketing efforts
-Collaborate cross-functionally with scrum teams to coordinate, track and report on all the content initiatives and experiments that we run to meet our key results
-Propose ways to improve our experiments to get statistically significant results and accurate data
3 years of experience in digital marketing
-1 years of experience as a digital analyst
-Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Yellowfin/Adobe)
-Experience in statistics and creating automated dashboards
-Experience in manoeuvring Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
-Knowledge of SQL with a side of R (Python) to create queries from the database and visualize it
-Excellent English communication skills
Experience in predictive modeling
-Good business acumen and understanding of global markets
-Data visualization - a keen sense of design, both in data architecture and dashboard presentation
